戒指 Wedding Bands (07.16)

我们去取钻戒顺便在波特兰Tiffany购买的小戒指, 很简单的款式, 送到纽约总部手工刻上对方的名字后才寄到家里。店员阿姨说手工刻比机器刻停留时间更久, 收到后感觉效果也不错, 字体看起来很灵动。 照片摄于沈老师家的玻璃板柜子上。 器材: D750, 50 1.4g, 4倍近摄镜。 前四张照片: 高速连拍 + 沈老师台灯打光、手撒白糖。 最后一张照片是在维多利亚买的小兔子戒指台。 有了小戒指就更加期待婚礼的仪式了, Betsy阿姨发了几十个交换戒指的模版, 这个苏格兰教堂版是少有的新人双方不交换誓言的, 可以说是”此时无声胜有声”了, 毕竟大多数真诚的承诺, 表象都是沉默的。

In the Church of Scotland ceremony, the couple do not speak at the exchanging of rings. 
Rather, as the couple places the rings on their fingers and then hold hands, the Minister says: 
~ By this sign you take each other, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer; 
in sickness and in health; to love and to cherish, till death do you part. ~
